Another win today for Edwina at Thames Turbo (7th OA), also a 3rd place for Matt and a 3rd place for Adam in their respective age groups, awsome work team! Not a good day for watching... I got soaked!!!

Guys Dec's had a good to bad day at the weekend... 1 Doyle, Declan 103/20/84 35/35-39 swim = 01:04:57 - bike = 05:36:09 total = 11:33:56 11:33:56. He was going great gun's then prob's with his gut last few K's on the run.
