Hillingdon Triathlon was race 6 out of 9 in the Zone 3 London League and Optima’s 4^th team win, with three juniors (Rory, Luke and Anthony) in the top 6 overall, Tim Bishop scoring as 2^nd Vet and 8^th overall and Ellie Walton coming in as 2^nd female, backed up by solid results from James Beckinsale, Bruce Harrington and James Marler.   The unusual swim/run/bike format resulted in  sprint finish in the Vets’ race with the top 4 separated by no more than a bike’s length on the line.  The overall win went to Rory, who lead from gun to tape.
