Programme

This is a very full on junior programme and some of our athletes do a lot less and some do a lot more, this depends on your goals, age and training experience.

  • Monday (wide awake club!) swim 06.00 – 07.00 (Chiswick)
  • Monday (good day at school!) run & strength 18.00 – 20.00 (Kew)
  • Tuesday (is it only the 2nd day!) Turbo 18.00 – 19.00 (Kew)
  • Wednesday (not another early morning!) swim 06.00 – 07.00 (Chiswick)
  • Wednesday (I have been dreading this all day!) Track 19.00 – 20.30 (Battersea winter & Barn Elms summer)
  • Thursday (nearly the weekend!) Turbo/ strength 18.00 – 20.00 (Kew)
  • Friday… best day of the week REST DAY!
  • Saturday swim 07.30 – 09.00 (Putney)
  • Saturday run 09.30 – 11.00 (Richmond) or Bike/ run 11.30 (younger juniors)
  • Sunday 08.30 live ride (over 14’s only)
