Performance 1 (PE1) – £100.00 PCM*

(By Invitation only)

Youth, Junior & Senior athletes to be considered will generally display an attitude, commitment and lifestyle that consistently displays that the sport of competitive triathlon is:
• The highest priority in their lives other than their education/work commitments
• Their highest sporting priority
• Youth & Junior athletes to be considered will fulfil one of the following criteria:
1. Top five at the 2012 British Super Series
2. Top 10 at any ITU elite event
3. Selected for IRC
4. Medallist at any Super Series event in 2012
5. Gold standard or on TASS
These athletes will have built up to 15+ hrs training per week.

*If all sessions are attended the average cost per session is around £1.60

Age group athletes who want more help to achieve their goals than the “club membership”
• The highest priority in their lives other than their work/ family commitments
• Their highest sporting priority
• They are aiming for ironman, European or World Championships or just to smash their PB!
Athletes will be given:
1. Initial meeting to chat about nature of goal race course, strengths & weaknesses
2. More programme guidance from coaches
3. 1 x meeting each month with coach (athlete buys coffee!)
4. www.Trainingpeaks.com set up to help with sessions away from team

Potential 1 (PO1) Youth – £65.00 PCM*

• This programme is designed for younger athletes (15-16) allowing them to continue to enjoy the sport of triathlon while learning more of the skills that will be required moving forward and improving their performance in all three sports (swimming, running & biking).
• On average they will be below 15 hrs per week of training
• Athletes will have made improvements in their racing performances in the most reason season (compared to equivalent performances in the previous season or in comparison to their peers)
• Athletes will generally be 100% focused on triathlon at this stage and stop participating in other sports
• Though note that it can be helpful at this stage to be part of a swim club as well to ensure necessary swim volume & racing is covered

Potential 2 (PO2) Tristart & Tristar 1, 2, 3 & beginner youth – £45.00 PCM*

• This programme is designed for the younger (aged 8-14) or new athletes allowing them to enjoy the sport of triathlon while learning the skills required in future and improving their performance predominantly in swimming & running.
• Athletes will still be participating in other sports and enjoying the skills learnt in theses, especially team sports.
