Huge congratulations to all the Optima members who competed at the Crystal Palace Triathlon on May 10th 2026.

There were some great performances across the team, including Connie undertaking her first triathlon, Bardia representing the club for the first time as well as podiums for Lochie, Heloise, Mark S and Rory Woodhouse (and Ziggy in the Youth category!). Well done all!!!
