Training week overview

Below is a general guide of what club sessions are on each week:

  • Monday 06.30 – 07.30: Team swim – New Chiswick Pool
  • Monday 18.00: Run & strength at our gym in Kew
  • Wednesday 06.30 – 07.30: Team swim – New Chiswick Pool
  • Wednesday 18.30: Run session at Barn Elms Track
  • Thursday 18.30: Turbo & strength Kew winter (Live ride Richmond Park summer)
  • Friday: REST DAY
  • Saturday 08.30 – 09.30: Team swim at Putney Pool (Shepperton Lake from 7:30 in the summer)
  • Saturday 10.00 – 11.30: Run in Richmond Park
  • Sunday – 08.30: Team ride (2-5 hours meet Kingston Bridge North/ left side)
